Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for MEP materials including HVAC equipment, piping, electrical components, and plumbing materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications, technical requirements, and client standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on‑time delivery to project sites.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier database.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and ADNOC standards.
- Support cost control initiatives and maintain procurement budgets.
