Job Summary
JM NPD is responsible to ensure new product development while closely working with the Head NPD. He/She is also responsible for executing all research and development activities independently or under supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for developing new and improving existing products from concept stage to launch stage.
- Ensure scaling up of NPD's by working with internal/external manufacturing plants.
- Ensure process development & optimization in plants.
- Pre‑launch storage studies and shelf life studies of new product.
- Search new suppliers to source ingredients of RM & PM that complement our existing product range.
- RM & PM specification and selection & recommendation of packaging material.
- Liaise between production, marketing and quality assurance departments to produce a desired product at an acceptable quality standard. ...
