EXECUTIVE PURCHASER

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from overseas vendors. Manage operational purchasing, coordinate shipments, resolve supply issues, and support supplier evaluation and onboarding to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

• Source and negotiate with overseas vendors to purchase materials aligned with project requirements
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with enquiries
• Plan and issue Purchase Orders to meet operational purchasing needs
• Coordinate with Shipping Department to track Purchase Order deliveries and shipment schedules
• Resolve supply and quality issues with suppliers before shipment to prevent delays
• Monitor material availability to avoid shortages or excess inventory
