Job Description The incumbent drives the end-to-end execution of front-end technology initiatives, specifically focusing on the deployment and optimization of Checkout systems. Key areas of work includes but is not limited to gathering business requirements to re-engineer front-line workflows for maximum efficiency, overseeing and participating in rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing on-site implementation across various retail outlets. By bridging the gap between technical solutions and store operations, the position ensures seamless system adoption through stakeholder engagement and hands-on staff training. Furthermore, the role leverages data analytics to monitor project KPIs and ROI, ensuring all retail enhancements deliver measurable value to the organization.
