The Role
The Board of Worcestershire County Cricket Club is seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director.
The role involves being an established leader within your field, providing strategic oversight and board-level governance. You will attend approximately eight board meetings per year, typically lasting around two hours, and one full board strategy day each year in spring.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Property and Real Estate.
- Possess strong leadership and governance skills.
- Be able to offer ad hoc advice and support to the Board and Executive as relevant matters arise.
- Show interest in cricket or sport (beneficial but not essential).
