Job Description Job Description Ensure all users related support issues are addressed with the TAT norms. Providing full support on all kind of IT related issues, examples – issues related to email, printer, internet access, password, etc. and maintain track records for all of them. Email administration. Provide and set up laptops for new employees. Asset & contract updation in support portal, endpoint security solutions and testings. Technical support: Setting up VC and WebEx (e.g. business reviews, meetings etc.) for all other locations on time. Guest internet connections, trainings etc. Taking backup of resigned users data and shared to the business upon request.
