Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with all technical queries and issues related to smartphones, iPads, and tablets through various communication channels (inbound, outbound, email, and chat).
  • Carry out duties professionally and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of smartphone, iPad, and tablet devices, including software, operating systems, and backup procedures.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
