Events & Convention
Key Responsibilities Event Management & Marketing (50%)- Plan and execute Tied Distribution (TD) events, including recognition events, meetings, seminars, and incentive trips, to motivate and reward agents.
- Ensure events are successfully delivered to drive strong attendance and encourage recurring annual qualification where applicable.
- Provide marketing support for TD campaigns, challenges, and initiatives by ensuring timely development and distribution of sales and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with in-house designers to develop eDMs and promotional materials while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, iKNOW site) to enhance event promotion and engagement.
