What the role is:
The individual will play a key role in leading and supporting the operations of Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes within the School of Engineering.
What you will be working on:
- Liaise with Course Leads to facilitate the contextualization of training materials based on course objectives and learner profiles, ensuring alignment with CET delivery requirements.
- Plan and implement end-to-end CET programme delivery with minimal supervision, including liaising with trainers, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with funding and policy requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on assigned CET programmes, supporting proposal preparation, collating feedback, and facilitating follow-ups to maintain service quality and responsiveness.
