Currently, TRIPATRA is looking for Expeditor for project based agreement to executing expediting strategy, monitoring vendor progress and update progress regularly in Material Delivery Status Report, identifying obstructions in advance which possibilities will hamper work progress and provide mitigation plan for such obstructions will have direct influence in project completion schedule.

Authorities:

• Communicate directly with suppliers and internal departments to expedite order fulfillment.
• Recommend corrective actions for delayed deliveries or supplier non-compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Arrange Kick of Meeting and Monitor submission of deliverables according to the schedule.
• Coordination with engineering quality control and logistics for ensuring timely delivery.
