This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high touch environment, understands the nuances of luxury travel and is passionate about customer experience.

• Manage end-to-end post-booking operations for domestic and international holidays.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
