Location: Greer, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting pay $21.00/hr + dependent on experience
Schedule: Shifts may vary due to workload (days, nights, weekends, and overtime as required)
 
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate asphalt milling machines and associated heavy equipment under varying jobsite conditions
Operate broom, skid steer, and other support equipment to clean and prep milled surfaces
Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections, maintenance, greasing, and cleaning of equipment
Assist with general labor tasks around the mill and jobsite as needed
Communicate clearly with crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations
Maintain a strong focus on safety for all personnel working around equipment
Prepare milled surfaces to ensure readiness for paving operations
