Shifts for Experienced Butcher: 08:00 am - 16:00 pm Monday to Friday Main Duties of Experienced Butcher: Ensuring all products meet quality, weight and presentation standards. Using knives, saws and other butchery equipment safely and effectively. Cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning meat products to specification. Maintaining maximum yield while minimising product waste. Conducting quality checks throughout the production process. Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
