You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical training to apprentices within a modern training school environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Apprentice Team Leader, you will:
Deliver high-quality training in CNC and manual machining, including milling, turning, and surface grinding
Teach CNC programming and machine operation across a variety of materials and techniques
Support apprentices in developing strong engineering foundations and practical skills
Promote and enforce health, safety, and good working practices
Ensure apprentices understand engineering drawings, specifications, and processes
