What is Expert Channel Development?

Expert Channel Development focuses on strengthening the performance, governance, and effectiveness of Jazz’s B2B sales channels. The role works across channels to identify performance gaps, improve pipeline discipline, and drive initiatives that enhance channel productivity. The role combines business analysis, governance, and project management to ensure that sales channels operate with clear governance frameworks, accurate forecasting, and strong pipeline hygiene. Beyond analysis, the role is responsible for managing cross‑functional initiatives that address structural challenges within the channel ecosystem and enable better decision‑making for sales leadership. This role reports to the Channel Development Manager.
