**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You work closely with global colleagues across HRSG, GCO functions, and external partners to shape digital tools and processes that support efficient daily work. Your day alternates between focused work on requirements and roadmaps, collaboration with developers and stakeholders, and alignment meetings across functions and regions. You support teams with tool rollouts, trainings, and practical guidance, while also advising on cybersecurity topics in proposals and projects. As the environment evolves quickly, you actively accompany teams through change and help embed new digital ways of working.

+ Responsibility for digitalization initiatives, tools, and process landscape across the HRSG organization
+ Budget planning, cost control, and timeline responsibility for internally funded digital development projects
