This key role involves working with municipalities to develop and implement critical water sector initiatives, including wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, dams, and potable sanitation technologies. 
The successful candidate will lead feasibility assessments, project planning, and execution, focusing on procurement and effective contractor management.
