Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Expert Project Manager for a leading bank. The role will lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) design and delivery in partnership with Treasury and a third‑party consulting vendor.
This is a senior, hands‑on delivery role with high executive exposure, responsible for driving measurable business outcomes across a complex, highly‑matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Target Operating Model workstream
- Partner with Treasury and a 3rd‑party consulting vendor
- Manage workstream scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews
