What is Expert RAN Planning?
The preferred candidate should have experience in RAN Planning, design and dimensioning across multi-vendor RAN environments (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson and Nokia). The role requires hands‑on expertise in radio network planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Asset), along with solid understanding of LTE and 5G NR technologies, including coverage and capacity planning, link budget analysis and interference management.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will work as part of a team of seven peers, reporting to the Manager RAN Planning at Jazz HQ.
