E2E Lifecycle Management: Leading and coordinating the technical evaluation/selection, introduction, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning, and maintenance of test modules and relevant devices
Management of the Test Equipment Team: Building a team structure, imparting skills, and sustainably increasing competitiveness in device technology
Technology Evaluations and Planning of Relevant Manufacturing Equipment: Preparing key technology and building know-how in the core technology of the equipment
Responsibility: The responsibility for device upgrades, modifications, or replacement with secondary sources to improve comprehensive competence in terms of efficiency, stability, and throughput, as well as solving important technical problems, lies in your hands
