We are looking for an Exploration Lead (Maternity Leave Cover) to join Fiverr and support our Forward ecosystem. The purpose of this role is to spark and lead an organization-wide conversation around innovation, creativity, and critical thinking, helping Fiverr remain dynamic, adaptive, and constantly evolving.
The role is hands-on and operational, for someone with a passion for culture, innovation, and making things happen.
This role leads Fiverr Forward-Exploration, helping cultivate curiosity and forward-thinking across the organization.
In parallel, the role supports and activates the Forward Hub-a curated group of top talent driving change and shaping new ideas across Fiverr.
What am I going to do?:
- Continuously initiate original events, workshops, and gatherings that spark curiosity and a drive to explore. Own the planning and execution from concept to delivery.
- Execute and support cross-company Exploration initiatives
