Meridian Wine Distribution is looking to hire an Export Controller for a well-known liquor company based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cost effectiveness across the export supply chain. Focusing on efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend to all customer queries relating to orders
• Build relationships with all service providers and export customers, whether this be existing or potential customers.
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with building business models in a collaborative process with our partners.
• Ensure all orders received via email and telephone are captured accurately and timeously on the BC system in accordance with order placement cut off times.
