Job Description:
- Identify and approach potential international customers through international trade fairs, B2B platforms (Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and conclude export contracts with overseas clients.
- Monitor and follow up orders from contract signing through delivery and final payment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress, shipping, and export documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Economics, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
