The Role
We are seeking multiple Plastic Extrusion Operators to join a well-established plastics manufacturing company based in North Brisbane. These permanent positions offer an excellent work-life balance, structured rosters, and strong earning potential.
Roster
- 12-hour shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)
- Monday to Thursday during the training period
- After training, transition to a rotating roster:
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- 4 nights on, 4 days off
What We are Looking For
- Previous experience in plastics manufacturing (preferred)
- Experience in PET film, blown film, or tube/pipe extrusion
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
