**Extrusion Technician / Extruder Operator**
**Location:** Brantford, ON
**Shifts:** Rotating monthly schedule: Days (7am-3pm), Afternoons (3pm-11pm), Nights (11pm-7am)
**Pay:** $24.20/hr + Shift Premiums (Afternoons: +$1.50/hr, Nights: +$2.00/hr)
**Job Overview**
We’re looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Extrusion Technician / Extruder Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate extrusion machinery and handle downstream packaging tasks. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, experienced with extrusion, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
A large part of the job will involve packaging finished products. Training is provided for our packaging equipment, and you’ll be expected to follow packaging specifications accurately. This role is physically demanding, requiring regular standing, bending, lifting, and the use of lift-assist devices.
