As a shift engineer, responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of semiconductor process equipment to ensure stable tool performance and meet production requirements.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to reduce unscheduled downtime.
Conduct first-line issue analysis, troubleshooting, and tool recovery in response to equipment abnormalities or alarms.
Work closely with Process Engineers, Tool Owners, and production teams to maintain capacity and quality targets.
Analyze equipment data, alarms, and historical records to identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
