  Fabric Maintenance Engineer 
  Location : Queensgate Shopping Centre - Peterborough
  Core Hours:  08:00am -18:00pm
  Shift pattern on rotation: 
 5 days On - 3 days off x 4 
 4 days on - 4 days off x 3  An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer at Queensgate Shopping Centre! The main purpose of the position will be to  carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules. 
  Main Duties & Responsibilities:  
 
 • General Carpentry
 • Fire door maintenance and repair
 • Weekly fire alarm testing
 • Weekly tap flushing
 • AHU Cleaning & Servicing
 • Basic plumbing and drainage repairs
 • Patch repairs to wall and floor tiling, carpets, lino & screeds
 • Suspended ceiling repairs
 • Shelving /racking
 • Lock changes/repairs
 • Painting & Decorating
