Fabrication Supervisor

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the rebar and mold fabrication workshop, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. Interpret and verify structural drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and engineering revisions to ensure accurate fabrication. Supervise and coordinate a team of 100+ skilled workers, including welders, cutters, and fitters, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity. Enforce strict adherence to dimensional accuracy, quality standards, and safety protocols across all fabrication processes. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce material waste, increase efficiency, and enhance output consistency. Conduct regular on-floor inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
