Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in façade drafting and design, specifically working within an Australian construction company or directly on Australian commercial, industrial, or high-end residential projects.
- Standards & Compliance: Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of relevant Australian Standards (including AS 1288 for glass selection, AS 1664 for aluminum structures, and AS 1170 for structural design/wind actions) and the National Construction Code (NCC).
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced experience with 3D modeling and manufacturing software (such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or Rhino) is highly regarded.
