Facilitator - Employability Skills

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Facilitator to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) programs to participants in a face-to-face environment and virtual. In this role, you will mentor, guide, and facilitate learning to help participants build practical skills and access meaningful employment opportunities.

This government-funded initiative is designed to support participants in developing job-ready capabilities, enhancing confidence, improving digital literacy, and strengthening their competitiveness within the local labour market.

📍 Location: Caloundra and some local travel across Sunshine Coast may be required 
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
