Job Description

  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the Japan office.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, utilities, and supplies. dealing with vendors Greet visitors courteously and arrange refreshments (tea/coffee).
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Manage visitor registrations, entry protocols, and badge issuance.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness prior to visits.
  • Coordinate with external agencies such as housekeeping, pantry services, and facility management.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
