Job Requirements
- Degree/diploma/certification in Building/Facilities Management, or Real Estate Management, or equivalent
- Min 4 years of relevant working experience in the property industry. For more experience candidates, work experience in a Managing Agent is a plus.
- Class 3 driving licence
- Fire Safety Manager's certificate
- Day-to-day maintenance of properties
- Physically inspect properties to identify needs for maintenance work
- Contractor management and negotiation
- Budgeting of repair sums
- Maintaining contractor records
- Administration of maintenance
