Overview
Facilities Associate position based in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, safety, and coordination with vendors to ensure the building operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility.
- Executes needed repair and upkeep tasks including but not limited to lighting, desk and office keys, lavatory, pedestal, lateral cabinets, work stations and chairs.
- Schedules repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing as necessary.
- Reviews and monitors janitorial and vendor services to a specific set of performance standards.
- Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment.
