**Job Description**
Aramark Nexus is hiring a **Facilities Coordinator** to support operations at the Caprock Workforce Community, a large-scale workforce hospitality community located near Pampa, Texas.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting maintenance operations, facilities management, work order systems, and administrative coordination. The Facilities Coordinator serves as a key partner to the Facilities and Maintenance leadership team by managing maintenance records, coordinating work orders, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the accuracy of the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Candidates with experience using CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, TMA, Limble, Maintenance Connection, eMaint, Fiix, or similar maintenance management systems are strongly encouraged to apply.
