The Facilities Coordinator role plays a vital part in delivering integrated facilities services at JLL, ensuring workplace experience and operational excellence.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of integrated facilities services across office and laboratory environments.
- Perform first‑line troubleshooting and basic repairs for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for approved third‑party service providers, managing soft services and technical maintenance tasks.
