Facilities Management Engineer will enhance all facilities, buildings and assets value by managing the maintenance and operations activities at the property, the FM Engineer must have a detailed understanding of all the maintenance requirements, operating systems of the property, construction detail, preventive maintenance programmers and safety practices. Organize and manage the various services provided by 3 rd party contractors including Civil, MEP. Cleaning, security services etc. Working closely with Executive Director, Sr Operation Manager, Facilities Engineers and Facilities Inspectors and other members of the LEAD organization in all aspects related to FM lifecycles to deliver excellence in service to the owners, customers as to the landlord.
