Facilities Executive

Role Purpose The Facilities and Property Executive supports the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day administrative and operations of the Sentosa Sensoryscape project. The role focuses on administrative coordination and on-site supervision of sub-contractors, including those engaged directly by Sentosa Development Corporation, acting in a Managing Agent (MA) support role to ensure service standards, site presentation, and compliance are consistently maintained. In addition, the role involves coordinating with relevant stakeholders, including operations teams, event organizers, tenants, and government agencies, to support daily operations and special events effectively. Working Hours Based on a 5.5-day work week subjected to operational requirements. Availability to work on weekend, public holiday, and after-hours support may be required to support Sentosa events, peak periods, or operational needs.
