Title: Facilities Executive Portfolio Management Overall in charge of soft services, including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, security services, car park systems, building security systems, and tenancy coordination within the portfolio. Routine Duties
2.1 Housekeeping Management Oversee and supervise housekeeping contractors to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met across common areas, washrooms, pantries, offices, and external areas. Conduct regular inspections of all managed areas and follow up on deficiencies, non-compliances, or service gaps. Coordinate periodic cleaning works such as high-level cleaning, façade-adjacent cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-fit-out cleaning. Review housekeeping schedules, manpower deployment, and cleaning methods to ensure efficiency and compliance with agreed service levels. Investigate housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely rectification and reporting.
