Description The Facilities Maintenance Lead will, in conjunction with the Facilities Manager, ensure the successful delivery of a first‑class building service provision to Imagination’s three UK sites, while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. 
The Facilities Maintenance Lead has responsibility for daily operations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and compliance of all building systems (including HVAC, plumbing, electrical). The role is supported by the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in London and, where necessary, a range of specialist key contractors.
