Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities :

Monitor energy and water usage.

Track breakdowns and analyze causes. 52-week planner

Maintain SOPs, AMCs, logs, and records.

Coordinate with BUH/business teams.

Manage store inventory and stock checks.

Maintain uptime of critical M&E services. including AMC.

Conduct vendor meetings and prepare minutes for tracking

Support vendor selection and renewals.

Handle asset reports and scrap disposal.

Drive cost-saving initiatives.

Support statutory and client audits.

Maintain workplace safety compliance.

Close client audit observations.

Handle internal/external audits and compliances.

Manage HOTO for new infrastructure.

Support facility downsizing and project moves.

Validate IFMS attendance and SLA.

Ensure BCM readiness and fast recovery.

Oversee physical security, access control, and CCTV.
