JOB SUMMARY: Performs maintenance and repairs for Easton and related properties. Supervises and mentors the Facilities Maintenance Technicians.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise shift staffing, including assigning and prioritizing tasks. Train, mentor, create plans and goals for the team, and hold team accountable for their responsibilities.
- Assist in the generation of PM's for equipment.
- Assist in the creation and follow up of operational procedures.
- Responsible for repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, architectural features, wall and floor finishes and other components pertinent to the common area of the shopping center.
