Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, planning, and change management oversight to the building infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, operational equipment and Facilities/Maintenance Team. The role includes administering, planning/scheduling, managing, directing and controlling the activities and quality of service of plant operations and maintenance; maintaining responsibility for the operation of major base building systems—chillers, boilers, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, HVAC, plumbing, chemical/medical gas, emergency generator, life safety, fire safety, water treatment, DDC—on a 24/7 basis.
