Job Description

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards. As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients’ assets. This position in working across four commercial assets based in Leichhardt, Balmain and Darlinghurst.

Other key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards across the portfolio.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
  • Develop and enhance the team’s facilities management service offering.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
