Facilities Manager (Central / West)

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium‑sized buildings. This job is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to the client regarding all operational matters.

Operation & Maintenance:

• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee PPM works where required.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Perform facility inspections for quality assurance following local regulations; suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
