Facilities manager

Progressive property management company is looking for a Facilities Manager, based in Johannesburg

Minimum Requirements Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a residential or student housing environment. Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, contractor management, and compliance standards. 08 driver's license preferred. Must be willing to stay on-site.
