Progressive property management company is looking for a Facilities Manager, based in Johannesburg
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a residential or student housing environment.
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, contractor management, and compliance standards.08 driver's license preferred.
- Must be willing to stay on-site.
- Excellent client, service, people and student orientation
- Microsoft Office
