Shift Schedule: 1st shift 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Must-Haves :
- Manufacturing Facility Experience: Must have 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting facility operations, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience) with strong technical understanding.
- Facilities & Equipment Management: Proven ability to manage facility systems, equipment installations, preventive maintenance programs, and plant infrastructure.
- Blueprint & Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and create electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings, with knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
