**SUMMARY**
The FacOps Analyst I supports operational excellence by monitoring key processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors, manages and reconciles budgets, and creates reports to guide decision-making. The analyst contributes to process improvement projects, updates policies and documentation, and ensures efficient, high-quality operations across FacOps functions.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -** Other duties may be assigned.
+ Review and analyze company policies and operational processes
+ Monitor and track process control points for critical operational processes (e.g., requisitions, budgeting, service management)
+ Build and maintain working relationships with any 3rd party providers, partners and vendors supporting operational processes
