• Ensure the safe and proper operation of facilities equipment and systems.
• Monitor facilities equipment and systems through FMCS or equivalent control systems.
• Respond promptly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the 
site in general.
• Bring up out-of-specification or abnormal conditions to relevant parties in a timely manner.
