maintenance business in the Sheffield area who are looking for a facilities
& Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic
opportunity to join a growing property management business, supporting a
portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across Sheffield and the
surrounding areas. As a hands-on Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible
for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance works, carrying out void
property refurbishments,munal area improvements, and supporting wider
property enhancement projects. The role offers a varied workload and would suit
an experienced multi-skilled operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality
workmanship and excellent customer service.
